A 60 minute virtual consultation to review your past medical history, current symptoms and concerns.

Cost: $250

A 30 or 45 minute virtual visit to review labs, update treatment protocols, and check in (time will be determined by Aimee based on complexity of your case)

Cost: $140 (30 minutes)

$195 (45 minutes)

This fee is good for 1 year and helps to cover the cost of any questions/concerns that arise between visits, chart prep/treatment planning, and any forms that I may need to fill out on your behalf. This fee is required to be a part of the practice.

Cost: $99/year

Bloodwork can still be billed to your insurance company. I can send you a lab order that can be taken to your primary care clinic or a phlebotomy center.

It is highly recommended that you check with your insurance company regarding lab coverage. I order very thorough lab panels that, even when billed to insurance, can cost a few thousand dollars.

I can also order you a kit through Access Medical Labs that can be brought to any local clinic or phlebotomy center. The cost of a thorough panel without using insurance is often <$500.

Sometimes specialty labs that are not covered by insurance will be recommended. The price of these tests will always be reviewed with your prior to ordering.

This practice requires a 48-hour notice if you are unable to keep your new patient consult and 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your follow-up visit. If you miss an appointment or fail to give sufficient notice, you will be charged $75.00 for a missed consult and $50.00 for a missed follow-up visit.  This payment is expected before any further treatment is provided, or medications/supplements/peptides can be purchased.
